When it... read more I've been a member for quite some time, and I absolutely love the gym, pool, amenities, and kids' club! The recent addition of pickleball is fantastic. When it comes to personal training, both Sharlon and Jen are exceptional. I've trained with both of them and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking guidance or direction in their fitness routine. The kids' club is wonderful; it's fun for the children and, most importantly, safe. Emily, Jen, and the team are truly amazing!

Today, I went in with my two young children, who were excited to use our two free passes. However, Samantha at the front desk informed me that the passes were no longer valid. I explained that this was our first summer out since Covid, and we hadn't had a chance to use them until now. When I asked her to show me where it stated that the passes had expired, she was unable to provide any proof. Instead, she rudely insisted that it was the policy, but couldn’t reference an actual expiry date or any written guidelines regarding the passes. In the end, she asked us to leave, which upset my daughter and made her cry. It wouldn't have taken much for her to show some kindness and let us use the passes, which clearly had no expiration date. Instead, we were treated poorly and asked to leave. I expected much more from a well-regarded establishment. If you're thinking about joining this gym, I would advise you to reconsider; it may be better to support a smaller business that genuinely values its customers and meets their needs, rather than one that strictly enforces seemingly arbitrary policies.

Omar's attentiveness and commitment to providing a great customer experience were truly impressive. His expertise and friendly attitude made my visit truly memorable!

There is a... read more As a newcomer to this gym, I have had an amazing experience thus far. The facility is immaculate, and the equipment is always in top-notch condition. There is an abundance of machines in the weight room, as well as a diverse range of classes offered. Gloria Becerra has been an outstanding trainer for me; I genuinely love training with her. Her charisma and positive energy make every workout enjoyable, no matter how I’m feeling. She also challenges me to reach my limits, and I've noticed significant progress in my overall fitness thanks to her support.
