I visited this location today I have my birthday coupon which was valid till September 15 and the lady over the counter. She was Indian and she said she don’t know how to do it. So I think there should be trained employees over the counter is to help the customers to give good customer service. I asked the lady over-the-counter her name. She didn’t give me the name. I told her that we always come here and if you are unable to put this coupon in you can manually change it but she said no. I can’t do anything. I don’t know how to do it so I think there should be some professionalism. I went with the coupon and I didn’t get anything just because of untrained employees.

Came in at 9-20pm and we were refused to order burgers because the kitchen was closed. Never had this issue at other locations.

Definitely WILL NOT be returning here.Rude staff, the inside is absolutely filthy and needs a huge deep cleaning! So disgusting!!

The staff and service is great, I always come here for the ice cream.

This place is sooooooo slow. Like laughably slow. You could probably raise a cow, milk itx and make your own ice cream before they even take your order here.
