For the past two years, there has always been an excuse for why they can’t make slushes or smoothies. Today it was because of an ice shortage; the last time, they claimed the blender was broken, and prior to that, they said they were just too busy to prepare them. These excuses reveal a deeper issue with their service. As a chain, Chatime should be able to offer their full range of products, yet they consistently fail to do so. Additionally, the staff often appears distracted by their phones, which only hinders the overall efficiency.

They frequently engage in loud conversations and laughter amongst themselves, ignoring customers who are waiting for help. Whenever I ask a straightforward question, the response is often rude. If you want to avoid this sort of experience, I recommend checking out Kung Fu Tea nearby instead!
