This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had previously accompanied my husband here, and they had prepared his food in just 10 minutes. It was obvious they didn't want to take any orders during the last hour of their shift. The customer service was terrible; it felt very lazy, as if they didn't want to do the job they were getting paid for. It's puzzling. Every other food place we've visited in the mall has always accepted orders within 20-30 minutes of closing, so this experience felt highly unprofessional. I won't be wasting my time here again when there are plenty of better options in the Food District like Patties Express, Dal Moro’s, or even the food court. Based on the other reviews we read, the food here seems mediocre, small in portion size, overpriced, and bland anyway. We were relieved we didn't end up spending our money here. Good luck staying in business at this rate, considering you clearly don't want to serve customers.

He was very hostile and unnecessarily confrontational which made our ordering process very awkward.I ordered a burger with fries. Upon looking at my burger, the patty looks a bit dark but after my first bite, it became clear that it was burnt. When I removed the bun, there was charcoal from the patty on the lettuce. We mentioned it to the waiter and he placed anotheer order with the cook. It took an additional 10 minutes before we asked if the burger was ready. When it was, I saw right away that it was burnt again.The cook did not pay attention to my patty at all.

Pulled pork and Sweet potato fries were good, except fries were room temp and the bun was a cheap hot dog bun....mozza sticks were not hot either and tasted very plain. Not returning.I almost ordered the mac and cheese until I saw someone else's order come out and it truly looked like a kids meal, it was so small. I had to ask the cashier if that was the kids version and he said no.....It just seems a bit chintzy for the price.
