This particular week we got the not... read more Myself and family have been going here for years, but the lady who serves you one week is happy and nice the next week not. This particular week we got the not nice week! Myself and my daughter of 6 started placing our families order, i asked for some cheese on my daughters kids meal to which she just replied no. I said i happy to pay for the cheese as we dont want to buy an extra portion just to get some cheesy chips. She still said no i am not doing it, to which i replied you normally do. She then became hostile and i replied this isnt good customer service and ill go elsewhere. Which i did! as i left she was shouting at me and i was with a young child, disgusting behaviour and customer service, kindness costs nothing and with so may chip shops on the island competing for business you would think they would care? its such a shame as the chips are nice, but we went to the coast guard and they did it straight away!

After... read more Disgusting customer service. They got my order wrong and I had to drive back to then be told that I should have known it was too cheap for what I ordered! After saying she didn’t read back my order so I wouldn’t know that she had heard me wrong, I paid for the extra I wasn’t given, but she would not replace the now cold chips saying she can’t give away free food. I was giving her the cold chips back to show they were cold. She refused to take any responsibility to not taking my order correctly and said she would only replace one lot of chips. After pointing out I had paid almost £10 for the 2 chips so I wanted them both warm, she then took it on herself to give me my money back for both orders saying I wanted free food- I only wanted what I had paid for- warm! In future, I hope she takes my suggestion of reading back orders, just as I have always had in any other take away I’ve been to. This way she can make sure she doesn’t get any more complaints because not taking the correct order.
