Love the chicken here! This is only the second time I have been to a Zaxby?s and I am a huge fan. The chicken is amazing. I wish this was out near me on the west coast. The service was friendly and my drive through order was perfect. Prices are very reasonable and I love the vibe of this place. I had the nibblerz combo and a sweet tea. Very good! Absolutely terrible. In the last few months false order terrible food. This is by far the worst place. You need to get rid of management and staff and start fresh. Batter not done on chicken and burned toast. We have it together View all feedback.

We ate at Zaxby’s last night and Adam was running the register. His customer service was top-notch and he went well above and beyond his job description. We love Zaxby’s anyway but we’ll definitely be on the lookout for Adam next time we visit. Do anything you can to retain him for as long as you can!!
My grandsons loved it also. Noah and Micah ate there but I think Micah loved it the most.
Hadn't been to a Zaxby's in a long long time. This one was not a disappointment. There was two of us and we both had chicken sandwiches with Fry's and a drink. Surprisingly it was only just over $18. The food was wonderful. Completely forgot how good this place really is. Unfortunately this particular restaurant still does not have an open dinning room. It's drive through only. Otherwise I'd definitely of rated it a 5*.
