Well-bred Bakery Café Food Truck

One of my favorite bakeries of all time. They have a huge assortment of desserts which are displayed perfectly throughout their display cases. The line gets pretty long during the weekend but it's worth the wait and it gives me a chance to decide what I want. Everything looks amazing so it's never an easy discussion to narrow it down! The giant cookies are always my favorite and they have Amazon sandwiches as well for those looking for some lunch! Great location in downtown

Expensive. Really expensive. Staff didn't know whether or not the flour used was organic. Disposable plates and cups only! Reason given was pandemic but using metal utensils...Extremely limited vegetarian options, a tiny portion of chickpea salad cost $9.00! But everyone was really friendly and it has a nice atmosphere

We loved what we got here! Especially the almond bar and pecan bread. It's a fairly small space and the line cuts into the dining area somewhat, so it might not be the most peaceful atmosphere if you were to sit down and eat, but we took ours to go. They had coffee and some other food options beyond pastries, so I'd recommend they split the line into pastries and coffee only, and then food orders to make things a bit faster. Would go back though!

This is such an excellent little bakery. They offer both savory and sweet items. The staff recommendation is breakfast burritos for savory. For sweet, you can?t go wrong. I personally love the chicken salad and the kale salad. They are known for their mountain eclairs. If you?re coming from Tennessee, it?s I-26 exit 18 of interstate 26.

Have been to many bakerys. From Monteral to Key West . This was beyond good . Better then expected. That's always a good thing. Just might be the best ! All chocolate. All light very flavorful.
