Ihop - Weaverville

Terrible service. it started well, although we should know how dead it was. I ordered a party without a cheese. what was served was a scandal. a thin blank. yes, raw meat. served on dry unroasted brot, with raw fenced twill and raw jalapenos. Maybe the cook thought they were funny. we ran out of drinks and my child was waiting for us until we were gone. we finally asked another server to get our server. when I told her I needed her to remove the raw meat from my ticket. she said what was wrong with it? I showed her the raw meat when we asked for filling on our long-term empty drinks. we got no service, but could see that she was sitting on her handy. She never checked us. when we asked and corrected for the afterfillings, their attitude was clear. she didn't want to deal with us. I hate to give a lower tipp, but sometimes they deserve it.

We stopped here before the trip and had a decent experience, so we decided to try it again. We arrived just before 7:30 and said that it could wait long since there was only one employee who tried everything. We were in a schedule, so we went away and went to Ihop in Johnson City.

On Friday, 27. May 2022 I visited IHOP in Weaverville, NC at 17:00. I also had three other people with me. When we said in the waitress, I'll be with you in a minute as I'm the only waitress. She went back and we waited about 20 minutes and then we sat down. I looked around and there were only two stands and a table with customers. They all ate. We waited another 30/30 minutes, but she hadn't come out yet. At this point after 45 minutes or so we just left. Rumors have that you don't go there in the evening because it's bad for the service. If the business is bad there, I can see why. To eat one of my favorite places, but I think I have to find another place.

It's IHop. The hostess was surly terrible, but our server was a leak. In fact, we were helped by several different people. One lady took our order, another brought the food, another checked our drinks finally the original server brought the check. The hostess sent us back to the cash register, but because the servers themselves wound cash transactions. We were not aware of this because the sign that explained that on the host stand, under some menus. My crepes were fine, Mom's waffle was cold. If you microwave it back to use temperature, you can imagine the texture. The butter was right at the same place, so we know she didn't give a fresh waffle. Bacon was a little too floppy for my taste. Will probably return to IHop at one point, only not this particular situation. For example, the Pigeon Forge site could serve as an example of how to provide food properly.

Request Ms.Carey, our waitress was awesome! Fast to the point got our order then food and check quickly. Much appreciated service and they were busy as hell! Ms Carey is a badass!!!
