What Chris Burks likes about Exit Ate:
We moved from Texas a year and a half ago and this is truly authentic Southern cooking. I had the country fried steak and it was exactly what I was hoping for. It's also hand made and affordable. Go. Seriously. Try for yourself. Vegetarian options: There are good vegetarian dishes that are just as flavorful and delicious. Kid-friendliness: Good kid options that aren't just an afterthought. Exit ate has change hands many times and no one knows who owns the business? I tried to contact the owner with no response.... I really wish Mr. G would come back? 5/10/23 was camping last week, went to have breakfast at Exit 8, less than a month ago they had an electrical fire No one knows when and if they will be or if the will be back in business...
