What NichaUk likes about The Berwick Tearoom:
This is a lovely little tea room off the beaten track. The menu is small but the food very nice (bacon, cheese, sun-dried tom and pesto toastie, who knew! . What made our visit great though was the lady serving (Denise? . She was very friendly, welcoming and made our little boy feel at home . Just a heads up its cash only, no credit /debit cards. read moreThe Berwick Tea Room offers a charming and friendly atmosphere, serving delicious cakes and sandwiches on vintage China. Despite limited space inside, the decor is quaint and welcoming. The value is excellent, with a pot of tea and slice of cake for under ten pounds. The outdoor seating area is perfect for a quick cup of coffee with friends. Service is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions. The homemade scones are a highlight, making this tearoom a hidden gem for a leisurely afternoon visit.
