When we arrived, we were we... read more We started our journey on the southern part of the South Downs Way, and the owners were kind enough to let us leave a bag with them. When we arrived, we were wet from the rain, but they welcomed us warmly and even helped dry our soggy gear! The creamy cooked breakfast and lunch were fantastic. This is a wonderful place with a lovely village atmosphere and excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

The staff is extremely friendly, and they even accommodate your furry friends by providing them with a bowl of water. Keep up the great work!

We laughed... read more We walked near the church and asked the postman if he could recommend a few places. A lady overheard us and joked that she probably owns one of them. We laughed when we saw her there! She was incredibly hospitable and very child-friendly. The cakes were delightful, and the atmosphere was lovely. It’s truly a gem of a spot!
