I live fairly locally and visit Aroma regularly. So this review covers about 8 -10 visits this year, 2023, perhaps more. I can tell you that when they're not busy, the food is great and the service excellent. I also think the drinks are good quality too. What Susan B doesn't like about Aroma:
Ordered cottage pie ,very bland tasting. came with vegetables which were cold. Vase of dead flowers on the table with the water going green. Staff were very pleasant. Had to hold the toilet door shut as the handle fixing was coming away. Never been here before and probably wont go there again. View all feedback.
Always a nice place to eat, lovely staff and excellent fayre
Have been in this caffe many times with different members of my family (especially my mother) and friends. the personal in this caffe is simply beautiful (forget her resting keith). very helpful and friendly all around. the food is good and good. great place to go if you need a bite, or just a coffee in heathfield.
Big burger and the hot dogs saw excellent really good chips, a great little caffe
A nice, welcoming place to eat and drink was great and service was friendly. will return definitiw. the beautiful man who served us. they have a good healthy rest!
Lovely staff members really polite great food however the decaf cappuccino could have been a bit stronger for my liking other then that the food is amazing there aswell. Would definitely recommend off you wanted to get something to eat and drink. A lovely place to go
