Starbucks - WAYZATA

I love this Starbucks and visit daily! The staff always welcomes me and I love this place my coffee is always ready hot and with a smile!

Service was quick and simple, drinks consistent and all expectations met as with any Starbucks!Vegetarian options: As with all Starbucks, they offer soy milk as well as coconut and almond I think. They have several vegetarian options for snacks as well, including sandwiches and cheese trays. For vegan option snacks, they have a plain bagel and avocado spread.

I got up to order and requested a Matcha green tea. Upon arriving at the window to pay and receive my order, I realized I had been given the wrong drink. The employee proceeded to go back and make the correct drink, however, she poured the new drink into the same cup as the previous one and handed it to me without any napkin or cleaning, causing the drink to spill and foam. The whole experience was unprofessional and the employee's attitude was rude. This was not the first time I had a negative experience at this location, but I had previously attributed it to a bad day. However, I decided I will not be returning to this location ever again.
