Fat Buddies - Waynesville

I really enjoyed our server and food. Yes, the price is premium for just above-average food, but considering the Fat Buddies area is a great choice for family or individual restaurants.

Your Basic BBQ. Food was good, great selection on the menu

I was pleasantly surprised after seeing some of the reviews. They were short and there were two big parties that went on, and I still had a reasonable amount of attention. All foods were above average. The brisket had the sleepiness you want on the meat, but the sauces are the stars. BBQ is on individual interpretation for seasoning and they have a variety of BBQ sauces from mustard, honey BBQ, hot and make you cry like a baby spicy. So ask for the sauces and enjoy the bbq your way.

Underrated. It was the day after my wedding and the original restaurant we wanted to go to was closed. Fat Buddies took us in and fed us the country cooking we didn’t know we were missing. The baked beans were the epitome of happiness, second only to my husband. We also had an art contest and our waitress was such a good host and judge for the pictures

Awesome dinner stop. 10 min wait for table, masking optional. Perfect sweet tea and fried pickles and fried okra. Brisket was perfect specimen of BBQ at it's best, great saucing. Fair price good parking.
