The service was incredibly friendly and prompt. The food was delicious, and the seating area was cozy. I honestly can't find anything to complain about. Five stars!
I ordered three items but only received one. The woman at the window seemed to think I wouldn’t notice. This has happened to me at this place about four times now, so make sure you check your bags before leaving!
The staff and management were incredibly unhelpful. The website indicated that there was a mobile pickup option, so I parked and stated that I was there to pick up my order as per the email confirmation. I waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to assist me. This completely defeated the purpose of the mobile pickup. When I finally spoke to the manager, she insisted that there was no mobile pickup option available and that the service wasn't offered. I pointed out the information on the website and the mobile parking signs outside, but she refused to acknowledge that they existed. I told her that my order had been sitting for over 30 minutes and was cold, yet they were still trying to hand it over to me. I declined to accept it and asked for a refund, but the manager said I needed to request this through the company. Now I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank.
Worst fast food place ever! Nearly an hour passed after ordering to actually getting our food with only 2 single people in front of us. Not sure how a place with only the drive-thru open managed that one. Not like we got anything special either, just two #1’s and a kids meal. When the food finally arrived, surprisingly it was cold and also missing one of the fries, and everything tasted like it had been sitting around all day. Total waste of money. The owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves, no idea how corporate lets embarrassments like this operate under their name. Don’t waste your time or money.
Most of the workers are very rude and disrespectful. This location is highly unprofessional and run by poor management. The environment looks unhealthy , especially since their male manager has such a nasty attitude. They had an attitude taking my order and then when I confront the issue at the window , the manager who took my order closed the window on me, very unprofessional and disgusting behavior . Highly don't recommend even giving them the time of day !
