However, I have encountered a recurring issue at this particular location where my orders often arrive without the sauces that were clearly listed on my Uber Eats receipt. Despite contacting the manager and being promised compensation for the inconvenience, I was later denied any form of reimbursement. This is unacceptable as sauce is essential for my enjoyment of their chicken dishes. I am sharing this review out of frustration in hopes that Shake Shack addresses this ongoing problem at this location.

Their me... read more Five Guys has a new competitor! Unfortunately, they don't have any locations near me, but I definitely plan to visit again when I return to New Jersey. Their menu is incredibly delicious, and they offer plenty of additional options for little to no extra charge, including some amazing crafted drinks like the chocolate cream pie shake—it's incredible! The staff was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was nearly spotless. It can be a bit pricey if you walk in with a hearty appetite (like I did), but you definitely get your money's worth. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite or a sit-down meal; it's both classy and fun!

I picked up... read more I tried to place order through their own website, was unsuccessful. Placed an order through door dash. had 2 burgers total 2 with bacon, 2 without. I picked up my order brought back to office , and realized that they put bacon in a burger that was notsupposed to have it. I called and spoke to one of managers explaining to her that i can not have bacon for religious purposes,asked her to have one delivered. Response was so sorry we do not deliver, and if you come today and today only i can fix thisfor you. I asked her if i could place another order on doordash and she would accommodate me with faster service and obviouslyno charge she said sorry i can't do that either. She said if i gave her my email she will refund me the burger price. Iexplained to her the issue was not in the money just needed food for lunch. Very disappointing to see that my religious viewswere dismissed like that.

The service was great and I was very Happy to discover they offered Gluten free buns for the burgers. Getting GF to taste good is a challenge but the one I had tastedAMAZING. One side note is that they use kiosks to order so you cannot pay with cash. Overall great service.
