What User doesn't like about Shake Shack:
first of all, i ordered off of grubhub. now the whole entire shake order is incorrect as i ordered a cookies and cream milkshake. don?t get me wrong, i wasn?t too upset about that i could?ve just dealt with it but as i stuck my straw in i felt a big chunk of something in the milkshake and took out a ketchup packet. that?s extremely unacceptable. For the first time in Shake-Hack and really enjoyed the service! Pleasant staff and good food. Especially this guy was great and I enjoyed the whole experience that is so hard to see nowadays!
This location always gives its 5 stars best in customer service! It is not your average fast food as far as these, they have always been so patient for our complicated orders, the staff always smiles and it is really clean and well kept, just wanted to last a second and thank the staff? You know why? Denny had a great birthday thanks for a Thursday evening special for him
Always loved Shake-Hack. It's my favorite classic style smash Burger Joint. And he's not disappointed in Wayne. It is something on the expensive side compared to other Burger spots, but it is worth it.
First time at shake shack and I did curbside pickup. I ordered the chicken shack and it was amazing. The breading wasn?t too thick. It was seasoned well. The bun was soft and pickles were crunchy. The herb mayo was just right and the fries were perfect. I will be back. I enjoyed every bite.
