The Broccoli Cheddar Mac and Cheese was quite soggy and tasted more like soup with macaroni mixed in rather than the creamy, cheesy dish I expected. I was really disappointed.
I placed an online order for a turkey sandwich with American cheese (which cost an extra $0.69) for drive-thru pickup. However, when I got home and opened my sandwich, I found that it was a turkey avocado BLT instead. This was not what I ordered! I don't eat pork, which is why I specifically chose a regular turkey sandwich. I’m not sure if this mix-up happened due to a lunch rush or simply lack of attention, but I don't plan on ordering from this Panera location again.
