I was really disappointed.

However, when I got home and opened my sa... read more I placed an online order for a turkey sandwich with American cheese (which cost an extra $0.69) for drive-thru pickup. However, when I got home and opened my sandwich, I found that it was a turkey avocado BLT instead. This was not what I ordered! I don't eat pork, which is why I specifically chose a regular turkey sandwich. I’m not sure if this mix-up happened due to a lunch rush or simply lack of attention, but I don't plan on ordering from this Panera location again.

I waited fo... read more Absolutely appalled by the manager (Becky) at the location I went to tonight on Hamburg Turnpike. Was nowhere to be found while at a very busy time. I waited for close to 15/20 minutes for a Rapid Pick-Up order. The girls behind the counter (Aaliyah,Angelica, Chloe, Diana, and Marija)were breaking their backs and trying their hardest to keep up on their own. I commend themfor doing the best they could. The manager there needs to go. If she can't handle the stress of a busy restaurant, then get out.Give these girls a raise and a better manager that can actually get this restaurant functioning.

The first time was really frustrating because I asked i... read more This is now the second time my husband and I have come for dinner and they have been out of bread bowls. The first time was really frustrating because I asked if they had them at 8pm, they said yes, we ordered and paid, and alas, no bread bowls instock. The employees were unapologetic and argumentative when I requested a refund on the soup. This most recent time we werethere at 5:30pm on a Monday and again out of stock. This is disappointing since it is one of their main products and the onlyreason we go to panera. We will not be back to this location.
