About a year ago, I was so amazed at how the manager reacted to an issue, which was clearly her fault that I called Panera 's corporate headquarters to make a complaint. Because of the incident, I NEVER went back to this specific Panera Bread. So, for Christmas, I received a Panera gift card. I thought, I would try going back to the same Panera location and give it another try since so much time had passed since the previous incident. At the register at 4:35PM: I ordered 2 LARGE bowls of onion soup and 2 steak sandwiches with white cheddar (no drinks . Easy right! Total: $41.51 The cashier, who was very nice, repeated the order back to me, and then I actually repeated it back to him, so THREE times my order was voiced. I put a dollar bill in the tip box. I paid with a $30 gift card credit card for the remaining amount. There was nobody in line behind me, so I made small talk with the cashier for a minute or two. Next/The Issue/At the Food Pick-up Counter: My name is called. I walk up to the counter. I see a small bowl of onion soup and a large bowl of onion soup plus the 2 sandwiches. A young guy is behind the counter. I looked down at the small bowl of soup and pointed at it. This is verbatim: What is this? He said, It 's a small bowl of onion soup. I replied, I ordered two large bowls. He said, The order says a small and a large. I said, Well, I 'll check my receipt, because I ordered 2 large bowls. He grabs his order receipt (see second photo , holds it up, points to it, and says, It says a small and a large. I said a THIRD time, I ordered 2 large bowls. Clearly, I am stating the error in my order immediately at the counter before taking the food, and the counter employee made ZERO effort to correct it right then and there. It would have been so simple to correct it, yet he wanted to prove some point. Logically, he couldn 't think that the error happened at the register, and that he could simply correct it at the food counter. I said, when I ordered, the cashier repeated my order back to me. That fell on deaf ears. So, instead of pursuing this ridiculous back and forth banter that would more than likely ruin my time having a meal with my husband, I dropped it the chitter chatter, and took the bowls of soup to my table. I returned to pick up the sandwiches, and the employee finally says, I can give you a second small bowl. By then, it was way too late to make amends. This should have been done RIGHT AWAY when I addressed the error before touching the food. Obviously, another employee told him to offer me the second small bowl after I walked away with the soup bowls. I said, No, it doesn 't matter now (The damage was already done. At the top of Panera 's receipt, it states: ACCURRACY MATTERS Your order should be correct every time. If it 's not, we 'll fix it RIGHT AWAY, and give you a FREE TREAT for your trouble. Just let an ASSOCIATE KNOW. I did let an associate know RIGHT AWAY. It turned into banter due to the way the associate handled the situation. I 'm not looking for a free treat. All I wanted was the order to be corrected at the counter before I touched the food. And a free treat wasn 't offered anyway, so what is the point of this motto at the top of the receipt that Panera doesn 't live up to! It 's simple: I will never go back to this Panera location given the fact the previous incident a year ago was egregious on the manager 's part. Accuracy Matters is NOT in effect at this particular Panera. By the way, the soup was cold!

Always order online pick up in store. Good reviews and they’ve never messed up my pretty specific order. It’s always ready when I get there and it’s packaged perfectly and always fresh. Even when it’s crowded, the food is ready and available for you to take.Parking: Free lot but there aren’t a lot of spots in the shopping center due to all the other stores that share the space; unless you’re willing to walk a 100-200 yards, you’re gonna need to circle several times

The service was really bad, and they kicked innocent kids out although there was still much room left for other customers. Not only were they treating their student customers extremely bad, they split up friends, not caring if one had Panera. There is oneemployee who harassed the students constantly and watches them around for the second they finish their food they are kicked fromthe restaurant no matter if there are any new customers. There is just one employee however, the cashiers and everyone else waskind besides one solo employee who is on the lookout. This will drive away all business and we wish this employee would leave orcalm down a bit. Very disappointed.

I just left the restaurant at 9:20pm on July 13th. First off, the food was absolutely terrible. I understand they are missing some ingredients but the food we received should not be served at full prices. It looked like something a five year old made.Second, we ordered food at 8:50pm to sit down and eat. The restaurant closes at 9:00pm. No one told me upon ordering that theplace was closing. Then the manager comes over at 9:18pm saying ?by the way, we?re closed so you gotta go? in the rudest tonepossible. Like, cmon? Can?t she just say, ?I?m sorry but we?re closed now. I hope you can?? I wouldn?t have paid $45 for thefood if we couldn?t sit and eat it. I?m more than happy to leave when asked, but the terrible food and rude manager were reallyjust a killer combo. Really, they gotta dump that manager. I?m done with all Paneras. I can go eat at Red Robin for the pricesthey charge and skip getting evicted from my table. Skip Panera. Eat McDonalds, it tastes better. Or better yet, put a slice ofbologna on wonder bread and save yourself $45.
