Panera Bread - Wayne

Always a pleasant experience. Polite friendly staff. Delicious healthy food . Relaxed local environment. My granddaughter is the favorite place to go with me.

I used to work around the corner of this Panera. So it was my habit to stop every day and Sandy and Pat (my two favorite people there). Fast forward 3 years, I work now in a different location near another panera. that's terrible!! No matter how often I go, they never get my order right. So, I have to go back to this panera, this is a few miles from my way, just to be sure that I have good service with great attitude and great people! I can't think of a better panera anywhere!

Great food, but their so-called? Manager? is a sad excuse for one. I've been singing twice now when I tried to get an answer to a question. Pure laziness, please don't ever try to ask MaryAnn a question at the gateway location. You will be very disappointed!

I left the restaurant on July 13 at 9:20. At first, the food was absolutely terrible. I understand that they lack some ingredients, but the food we receive should not be served at full prices. It looked like something that was made five years old. Secondly, we ordered food at 8:50 to sit and eat. The restaurant closes at 9:00. No one told me that the place was closed. Then the manager comes by at 9:18. By the way, we? You have to go in rude tone. How, Cmon? Can't she just say? Closed now. I hope you can? I wouldn't have paid $45 for dinner if we couldn't sit and eat. I'm more than happy to go when asked, but the terrible food and the rude manager were really just a killer combo. Really, they have to take the manager. I'm done with all the paneras. I can eat in Red Robin for the prices they charge and skip that are defeated by my table. Skip Panera. Eat McDonalds, it tastes better. Or better, put a piece of Bologna on miracle bread and save yourself $45.

The service was really bad, and they kicked out innocent children, although there is still plenty of space for other customers. Not only were they their students customers extremely badly treated, they shared friends not to worry about when they had Panera. There is an employee who constantly harasses the students and observes them for the second, they end their food they are thrown out of the restaurant, whether there are new customers. There's only one employee, but the cashier and all the others were nice next to a solo employee looking for. This will drive away all business and we want this employee to leave a little or calm down. Very disappointed.
