I had a lovely experience at the Old Fire House Farm; it truly is a beautiful spot! I enjoyed sitting on the deck while savoring their scones and coffee, which were simply delicious. However, my pleasant visit was interrupted when I narrowly avoided being hit by a lacrosse ball from a young boy, who I believe was the owner's son. Shortly after, a kind young lady named Callie came over to apologize for the incident. However, I found it a bit inconsiderate that once she walked away, she started texting and laughing on her phone. Additionally, the service took quite a while, and Callie was my waiter. I think there's room for improvement in both the wait staff and the overall service quality.
There is no better place in the entire state of Maine! Gina and John have crafted a fantastic and relaxing spot for friends, family, and neighbors to gather and appreciate life's simple joys. It’s definitely worth the visit, and it's a place you'll cherish for a lifetime! - Sue Heard
This is my favorite place in Wayne! I never get tired of sitting on the charming porch that overlooks Main Street. I enjoy sipping coffee from a lovely mug while indulging in their delicious homemade pastries or lunch, all while catching up with the neighbors and friends I always seem to bump into. John and Gina are incredibly kind and generous hosts, and I truly appreciate the fantastic little gem they’ve created for all of us to enjoy.
