Mcdonald's - Waycross

Mrs. Cricket at the blaxkshesr location is the absolute best. We always come to this one because my 3 year old loves seeing her everytime we go in. Yall please give thst woman a raise. She deserves it and works her butt off!

For some reason, drive thru just didn’t have it together this night. We sat behind only 1 car before making it to the order board that took close to 15-20 min. Ahead of that car was only 2 vehicles, 1 at the window picking up 1 at the pay window. When we finally moved up to order, the first thing the woman said was, can you hold on a minute please. That continues 5 more times during our ordering process. We ordered 2 separate combos, but nothing special or different from the way it normally comes. At the pay window, we moved through quick easy. At the pick up, a little slower. Then, when we ask for ketchup, the same woman who is taking the drive thru orders w/ the head set on, tells us that they ran out of ketchup packets already. Mind you, it’s like 8 pm on a Friday night that was by no means busy at all. Would have definitely went somewhere else. From start to finish, we were in the drive thru for close to 35 min- crazy.

I never had any issue here UNTIL NOW. I ordered a few things from McDonalds this past trip. I wasn’t sure as to who was a and who wasn’t a worker because some of them were wearing street clothes. I ended up ordering a few things on the screen myself. I get HALFWAY THROUGH MY LAST SANDWICH and feel something stuck to my lips. Wrapped up in the lettuce/mayo of my McChicken was tangled mess of hairs. Is it better or worse that I think they’re from the one lady’s cheap wig and not real hair? I ordered the double quarter pounder. when i got home, i took one bite and discovered that my burger wasn’t nearly done! i’m glad i checked it because i would’ve been sick if i hadn’t! i’ll be calling corporate for sure!

We ordered a 40 piece nugget bundle. The Nuggets were cold and soggy, and the fries had a few fresh put on top of old. They were cold and had an off taste. That tells me the person making the food was trying to hide the old food. The ice cream machine was broken This is not the first time my food had something wrong with it at this place. This was the last time they will do me this way. From what I 've read, there are a lot of unhappy customers reviewing this store. I will not be coming back to this location.
