Now, as they can see from the other recent reviews, this place has serious problems. about price and TERRIBLE service. every time I order here, it's wrong. every single time. the people here must be monitored because they do not care. to the owner or manager, they really need to do something about their staff and about all management of their restaurants because, at this price, these people will lead it to the floor! the take away from all this is eating decent (not spectacular), but that is not worth the price or headache.

We ordered online for pickup. It's not always perfect, but today it was! Thank you!

Surcheros differs slightly at each location but is always satisfying. Today was not. Half of the rice was crunchy, the line worker acted as if he could care less about the quality of the burrito just throwing toppings and sauce in a pile going upwards instead of across the tortilla. Burrito was only toasted on one side instead of both. The icing on the cake was the register girl wearing headphones around her neck with excessively long nails that clicked with each touch of the screen. Neither of them showed any sort of a welcoming customer service attitude or professionalism that this chain is known for. Employee phones charging behind the counter in plain sight as if they were being used in downtime.

Food was good, but service was slow. At least one more register needed to be open.

Walked in and got in line to wait for someone to offer to assist us and my husband and I both wanted burritos so they drop them in the fryer and one of the workers named Josh started working on our burritos and my husband had to tell him three times what he wanted even though he was especially clear and then when I told him what I wanted which included rice and chicken and nothing else when I look back I realize that he was putting beans on it and already wrapped it up and when my husband told him that I did not want beans he huffed like a child and smacked his hands down on the counter as if he were five and all of this is on top of the food looking like it had sat there for three days won’t have to worry about me coming back
