What Justin McDonald doesn't like about Krystal:
Got to the drive threw around 12:00am and set at the menu for about 5 mins before finally leaving. open 24hrs but the lights were off and nobody ever said anything. Looking forward to the corn pups but kinda hard when the place isn 't freaking open. Wish there was a 0 star option. View all feedback.
To much playing around to get the order correct. Bunch of kids and that's fine but no leadership to keep everyone focused. Had to go back to get the order corrected two times.
A sometimey place. Sometimes good most times not. The inside is grubby looking and some of the staff look grubby too.

Never really have problems with Krystal’s . But the last time I went , part of my order was wrong . Great customer service though !
They have really good food and make it fresh, sometimes it takes a long while but I rather wait for fresh food than get quick old food. Sometimes under staffed do to people not wanting to work but they do and awesome job anyway.
