I ordered through the drive-thru and received my food immediately. My order was fresh, hot, and delicious. I was very pleased.
Tonight at 8:49pm (7/16/22), I ordered a 12 piece family meal, original recipe. I asked to have the wings replaced with legs instead. When I got home, my 12 piece meal had 6 wings 5 legs and 1 breast. This is unacceptable. I have tried calling the restaurant several time and only get a busy tone. That was a waste $40, not to mention all the kids who got stuck eating wings while some got legs.
Ordered the #1 Original with mashed potatoes gravy with a Pepsi drink. Last week the price was $6.00 and it came with a cookie. This week the price went up to $6.99 and they stopped giving a cookie with the order. The chicken tasted great; however, the pieces are smaller.
We will never order from KFC again! It was our anniversary, and since money is tight these days, we decided to treat ourselves to KFC. Unfortunately, our food was cold, and the corn we received was BROWN. Out of the eight pieces of chicken, two were small wings with very little meat and a lot of breading. When we called customer service, we were put on hold for over an hour, only to be told that they could only offer us a 50% refund, which we should expect in 72 business hours. We're really disappointed!
The chicken was incredibly dry—if I hadn’t had a drink to help swallow it, I honestly think I would have choked. The restaurant staff was very disorganized, and the cooking was disappointing. I don’t know who is responsible for seasoning the chicken, but I’ve tasted better from a middle school cooking class. Given that this restaurant has been around since 1952, I expected much better.
