We held our 60th class reunion at this restaurant. We were assured that the braised beef would be fork-tender and tasty. Unfortunately, it was so tough that you would have needed a chainsaw to cut it! The two bites I managed to take were inedible and had to be spat out—completely impossible to chew. Passed by this place all the time to and from our cabin. Finally stopped in around 4pm on a Friday afternoon wasn't too busy maybe like 4 tables? Seated ourselves and waited 15 minutes as staff bantered with people at the bar and shuffled empty chairsinstead of even doing so much as greeting us.
First time going there with my husband. Great food and friendly staff.
I visited the restaurant on Saturday night at 5:30 PM. There was plenty of space available, and we were seated and served right away. Our waitress, Bailey, was friendly and attentive. The drinks were enjoyable, and the food was delicious. Everyone at the table ordered the walleye dinner, except for Cindy, who chose the special blackened salmon. The salads and dressings were also good, and the wild rice soup was fantastic!

We decided to give the Red Lodge Grille a try since we pass by it frequently. The service was good, and the food was enjoyable overall. The only dish I wasn't fond of was the Cajun Steak dill pickle soup. However, the Cajun walleye fingers, patty melt, and mushroom Swiss burger were all delicious. The atmosphere was laid-back and relaxed, and it wasn't very busy for a Sunday lunchtime. I will definitely return!
