There were a lot of customers at KFC, so I was prepared to wait a bit for my order. To my delight, the wait was only a few minutes. This was an added bonus to the excellent service provided by the polite and friendly young man at the front counter. View all feedback.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I suggest going somewhere else. I would rather feel welcomed when placing my order instead of being treated like an inconvenience by the employees. I will not accept this behavior. KFC owners need to do better as a privately owned business. They should hire the right employees to run their business, including management. View all feedback.

I went to the drive-thru and placed an order with my husband. We usually order the same thing every time. However, this time the price was different than usual. I tried to confirm my order with the cashier at the window and pointed out the price discrepancy, but she ignored my concerns. When we got home, we discovered that my husband's order was incorrect and my chicken breast was slimy. I called to inform them of the issue, but was met with dismissiveness and told that the chicken was cooked properly but may appear slimy due to just being cooked. They offered to replace the chicken breast, but due to the poor customer service, I will not be returning.
The taste of the KFC $20 meal was disappointing. The sides were served separately, and they were out of thighs and legs to complete the order. However, they did offer a breast to make up for it if you prefer that.

I hadn't been in a KFC in years and I was quite disappointed when 2 out of 3 chicken tenders were edible. Only one was actually completely tender. One was so tough that I couldn't eat it.
