I have not eaten at that restaurant, probably only once or twice in the past 34 years.
This restaurant offers the best value for the money! I am always satisfied and never disappointed with my meal.
Every time we go to KFC, they are either out of what I order, you have to wait 20 minutes for it to finish cooking or they mess up the order. Then I call and explain the situation and explain that I wanted the chicken breast crispy because that is the only thing kind I like... they can give me thighs or wings if I want to come back and get it....after explaining I only like the extra crispy breast. 30 dollars down the drain. I will never order again. Waverly s KFC has gone downhill.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I suggest going somewhere else. I would rather feel welcomed when placing my order instead of being treated like an inconvenience by the employees. I will not accept this behavior. KFC owners need to do better as a privately owned business. They should hire the right employees to run their business, including management.
