Dairy Queen - Waverly

I didn't get the name of the girls, but I asked for a little cotton candy blazzard. It must have been a communication problem, and she thought I said medium so that she accused me of a medium and got (which really didn't matter to me because it wasn't that much). But she went beyond and beyond and insisted on giving me a voucher for a free ice cone, as it was “their mistakes”, although it wasn’t really her fault, it was somehow hard to hear through the speakers. But her customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I really wish I had been able to put her name in the review! I was really impressed!

Fast service and friendly. I have a blizzard I love, and I ask you to add Pecans. You always do it right. Some of the other locations do not make it right.

After the reopening after the fire, a clean rod slate DQ turned around. The food is in much better form, the staff is more friendly and the entire environment of the dining area is MUCH better.

Every time I go in, no one is behind counter.., and if you ask, they will respond rudely. Service: 1
