The customer service at this restaurant is unacceptable. The employees are rude and impatient. We ordered the special, but they forgot to put it on the ticket. When we brought this to their attention, there was no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake. There are many aspects of this business that need improvement. We absolutely adore 4 Queens! It has become our weekly go-to spot for a delicious meal, and we are consistently impressed with the efficiency and excellent customer service, not to mention the amazing ice cream.
