The food is fantastic! The service is fantastic! The atmosphere is fantastic! The spinach salad with the hot citrus dressing and the Thai pasta was delicious! My husband loved the strip steak and he always orders his favorite side the Montage potatoes.
Rooftop deck for cocktails and apps was perfect. Then downstairs for special dinner for 8 and food and service excellent! Catered specifically for our gluten free family member. Hope to visit you again next year while in town.
We have been here several times to celebrate special occasions, the most recent being our anniversary. The atmosphere makes it the perfect place in Cedar Falls for an extra-nice night out and we have never had anything less than outstanding food andservice here. My personal favorites to always make sure and get would be the Parmesan Crusted Twice Baked Potatoes, Peach NectarMartini, and any cheesecake they are currently serving. Our favorite part is that for birthdays and anniversaries, they havealways brought out chocolate truffles to celebrate!
Ordered an old fashioned truthfully it was strong but not really to my liking mostly because an old fashioned is supposed to have an orange rind and not a whole slice almost threw my starting experience. However the whole dinner experience took acomplete 360 degree turn after that and blew me away. I ordered an Iowa pork chop with house baked potatoes (but not how youimagine) and green beans in olive oil finished with grated cheese and dill and wow. The pork chop was world changing definitelygrilled on wood and the potatoes I can't even describe a bowl of heavenly goodness. A must try! Oh almost forgot the Moscow muleblew the old fashioned out of the water.
Hands down the best upscale restaurant in the area. The menu offers many excellent choices including some great seasonal favorites (pumpkin squash pasta!! and a fine selection of wines. The more casual lounge area at the top of the steps is grayfor small group parties.
