Tried to have a cuppa and cake here.. don't expect speedy service this is a very relaxed pace but I think they don't like me.. First time I came here.. I bought tea and cake... and although the tea arrived I checked and they had sold the last piece of cake that I had bought.. I did get a refund but.. Second time I ordered a panni with some friends, theirs came fairly quickly.. however I had to wait an additional 5 mi... View all feedback.

WOW. what a find. Good coffee. Choice of lovely homemade cakes and scones. Friendly welcoming hosts and staff. The local regulars are nice too. Wifi and power is there. The building is quirky and cool IMO.

Amazing afternoon tea. So much food, freshly made sandwiches and every kind of cake imaginable. We ate until we were full and then took home two boxes of cakes. The scones were sublime, the best in the South East in my opinion. The waiter was a wonderful, funny and kind gentleman, he made the experience even better. It was a fun and delicious way to spend the afternoon, definitely recommend!
