We had booked up on Sunday 13th November at 15:00 for six people to have the superb Sunday Roast. The place was packed with Remembrance Sunday Guests and bagpipes being played outside. What Matt I doesn't like about The Albion:
Friendly staff, easy to get to, reasonable menu. However not the most pleasant of visits as the outside seating is plagued by traffic from 3 directions (and lots of loud motorbikes on a sunny day!! View all feedback.
We had a wake here the staff our so friendly and welcoming thank you so much for a good night
Only parked my car in the road opposite so can't really comment on anything but the location
This used to be a good pub. But one staff member is a raging alcoholic. Serving drinks when absolutely off his face, shouting at children and threatening people with violence. It's a shame because I liked going here but it was constant. The other staff are really nice though despite this I feel so sorry for them for having to put up with that!
Lovely pub with friendly staff and pleasant environment. Manager was also checking in on people and very friendly. Love the pub themed bathrooms too!
We had a wake in the Albion which went well. Good beer , a bit expensive, but a good atmosphere. The food was good. Good outside area for a town pub.
