My friend Shauna has been raving about this place for ages and posting amazing pics. Finally made it in today. What a selection of great looking food that actually tastes so good! The gluten free pastry on the pies and sausage rolls was excellent as was the mediterranean tart View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kitchen Green:
The food is great for gluten-free standards. Very expensive but yummy. However the staff are so incredibly rude. The last 3 times I visited, the staff were openly and loudly arguing with a customer, zero respect, refusing to let the customer try explain what they...wanted. The manager was there too, part of it, so can’t even blame ‘the junior staff’. It was so embarrassing to watch and I felt terrible for the poor cu... View all feedback.

I recently visited Whole Green Bakery in Sydney CBD with my adult daughter who has Celiac disease, while my mother and I do not. The restaurant was very careful about preventing cross-contamination, and all allergens were well-managed. It was a fantastic experience for all of us. The food was delicious for both those with Celiac disease and those without. The coffee was good, and the variety of food options was impressive. We even took some food home with us. It was a delightful experience overall. Thank you.
This is hands down the best gluten-free food I have ever tasted. The Danish pastry was exceptional. They can confidently claim that it is gluten-free. Not only that, the coffee was one of the best I have ever had. For those who are celiac (like me) or just gluten-sensitive, they can enjoy a variety of delicious baked goods with the assurance that nothing in the café contains gluten.
The staff were excellent, with Laurelle being particularly helpful in recommending items that fit my dietary restrictions. It was reassuring to know that all the food was prepared in their own kitchen. The branch I visited was located at 257 Clarence Street in Sydney CBD. I hope to see more branches open all over the world, not just in Australia. Thank you to Frau Laurelle for making my experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning when I am in Sydney. I loved everything I tried there, including the croissant, tuna sandwich, chicken sandwich, sourdough bread, and more.
I visited from Great Britain and this place is literally amazing! dessert is my favorite meal, but as coeliac I often only face ice or fruit salad. here I can eat delicious eclairs with large gluten-free baked pastries, brownies, lemon balms, muffins and many other sweet tasty. they also do cakes, rolls, sandwiches etc. the two young workers with whom I interacted were beautiful. beautiful atmosphere too. in love! the best of sydney for me:
