I never expected to have a decent meal when I decided to stop by this restaurant. I have driven past this pub for 50 years and never entered until now. The beer selection was limited, but I was given a taste of the guest beer before committing to a pint. I was impressed with the room temperature beer. Great Tapas as a main or a starter. Moroccan lamb and pork ribs really good, enormous portions. Also GF. Lovely waitress, great service really good pub food. Sunday lunch was very nice. Highly recommend.
We went for Sunday lunch. Excellent food and very friendly staff. Please do not judge this pub from the outside only. Inside is lovely and very well presented. They have kept many of the original features of the old pub with a modern twist. We...really enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend a visit.
