We had my grandads wake here and it was all very last min food arrangements. And I couldn’t of asked for anything quicker or better! Lovely spread
Great local pub with good atmosphere, has local bands on most weekends and has some unusual decor all in keeping with a traditional English pub. Great staff and quick service with cheap prices and served with a smile. A good place to visit if you...are in sunny Suffolk.

This restaurant is a favorite among locals, despite its name "The First and Last." I, along with many others, have enjoyed multiple visits to this charming pub located in central Lowestoft, near the area's only tower block with stunning views. I am sure I will return again and look forward to meeting more local Suffolk residents. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
We had a lovely family lunch here on Sunday. Usually, we enjoy a roast on Sundays, but since our grandson doesn’t eat roast, they kindly prepared chicken and chips for him. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
