My family and I entered and started looking at the menu, but a few minutes later, a staff member informed us that they do not offer dine-in service. As a result, we had to order our food to-go and eat elsewhere. After ordering, we waited in line at the end of the counter to pick up our food. During that time, a man complained loudly about receiving an incorrect order and missing one of his drinks, but the employee managed the situation very well. Regarding the AW food, I wouldn’t recommend it—it was overly greasy and lacked good flavor. Additionally, the prices were too high for what you get. My husband tried the AW food and ended up feeling sick all evening, while I ordered KFC and was fine.

While eating, I began choking on a roughly one-and-a-half-inch chicken bone stuck in my throat. Thankfully, my co-workers reacted quickly and assisted me. I won’t be returning to this restaurant, as it appears there is a lack of responsibility on their part.

Judging by the parking lot, they likely work with a small team. Kudos to the manager and staff! Although it’s not the closest spot to me, I prefer coming here because I know I’ll get a great meal.

The speaker was not working, and I didn't see any signs indicating that I should go inside, so I drove up to the window. A young girl there was quite rude, claiming that there were signs everywhere. I had indeed seen one sign, so I went inside and mentioned this to her. She brusquely asked what I wanted to order. After I placed my order, she quickly packed it up and handed it to a boy, who wished me a nice day. I suggest that if you want to maintain a good business, you should consider addressing the behavior of staff who treat customers poorly.
