Thought bowls of r... read more The minute you walk in it?s freezing. Everyone is wearing jackets eating. Ordered a Mediterranean bowl and it was cold mush. Not good at all. Thought bowls of rice should be warm?? If I hadn?t added the chicken it would have mostly been rice. I got my kidsa turkey sandwich and it was literally a piece of white bread and meet and cheese, not grilled and slapped together. Not evensome mayo? It was gross. My husband had the chicken avocado melt something and it was extremely dry and the bread was so hardand crusty it cut his mouth. The worst Panera experience of my life. I will never stop there again and I may never go back to aPanera in general. I thought you were better then this Panera.

Cold impersonal stupid people to wait on you in different people to serve you your food the food stinks the chicken sandwich the chicken was burnt the bun was o... read more Cold impersonal stupid people to wait on you in different people to serve you your food the food stinks the chicken sandwich the chicken was burnt the bun was out of the freezer and cold the soup was great my bag gets a French bread had been ripped apartthey weren't even sliced my mac and cheese one side of the bowl was burning hot the other side hadn't been heated in order toeat the thing I had to mix it together and wait 5 minutes and it was just barely warm, with my order that I placed I ordered alarge loaf of bread which when my food was given to me at the window was not with the order and it was I was told I neverordered it $25 for a chicken sandwich a bowl of soup and some macaroni and cheese with no beverage it's too much, find someplaceelse to eat that cares, the manager has no idea of what they are doing in running this restaurant what a terrible terrible wasteof employees of building of food go someplace else

I didn't have to wait forever, but everyone around me seemed impatient and angry. I think the workers did a great job!!! Waiting 20 minutes for lunch at a busy restaurant is not long at all. Good job and thank you for lunch ????

Two kids were running around, playing hide and seek with their father. It was surprising that no one asked them to stop, as they nearly bumped into an elderly man carrying his soup.
