Short staffing can lead to either standout service or rude, overwhelmed employees, so experiences vary between pleasantly surprising and frustratingly unreliable.

We visited the restaurant tonight with our granddaughter and observed a young man managing both the drive-thru and the front counter all on his own. I want to make it clear that I’m not complaining; he really put in a tremendous effort, and I have no issues with the service! It was excellent, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I genuinely hope the owner acknowledges the hard work of the employees who were on duty tonight. They truly deserve a raise for keeping the restaurant operating smoothly in what looked like a challenging situation. I noticed only three employees, and I’m not sure how many are usually scheduled, but I would imagine it’s more than that. A big thank you to everyone who worked after 7 p.m. on 9/29/22, especially the young man at the counter – your outstanding service is greatly appreciated!
We had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. When we attempted to place our order, no one responded, so we decided to move up to the window to see if there was an issue. Unfortunately, the employee at the window was quite rude. They informed us that they were busy, which explained the lack of response. The other staff members just stared at us, making the situation even more uncomfortable. My husband apologized and mentioned that we weren't sure if the drive-thru was working properly. If they were indeed busy, a simple and polite response like, "I'm sorry, I'll be with you in a moment," would have made a world of difference.
Finding good employees is tough these days, especially in fast food. The woman working today was incredibly friendly. As soon as we arrived, she was busy folding bags, then she moved on to cleaning the tables. When a few customers sat down, she engaged with everyone, offered them breadsticks, and even handed out coupons for our next visit. It was refreshing to see such great service. Thank you!
I placed an online order and arrived to pick it up after 30 minutes, only to wait another 20 minutes because my order was incorrect, with missing, cold, and expired items. Fazoli’s used to be much better. The next morning, my child woke up with food poisoning too!
The food at Fazoli's was truly disappointing—everything felt thrown together carelessly. My lasagna had no meat sauce, and I paid over $30 for two meals. The spaghetti was cold, with noodles so soggy they mashed right onto the plate. While staying at the hospital, I decided to try Fazoli's for dinner, but it fell far short of expectations. The menu used to be much better years ago, but now the quality has significantly declined. I won’t be returning—it was a waste of money.
