Fazoli’s used to be much better. The next morning, my child woke up with food poisoning too!

The sp... read more The food at Fazoli's was truly disappointing—everything felt thrown together carelessly. My lasagna had no meat sauce, and I paid over $30 for two meals. The spaghetti was cold, with noodles so soggy they mashed right onto the plate. While staying at the hospital, I decided to try Fazoli's for dinner, but it fell far short of expectations. The menu used to be much better years ago, but now the quality has significantly declined. I won’t be returning—it was a waste of money.
