When I finally stood up for myself, the bartender scolded me and told me to leave him alone. I didn’t insult him; I simply spoke up about his slurred remarks. I believe as a customer, I should be able to defend myself without being reprimanded. It feels unfair that I get in trouble for standing up to someone who’s clearly out of line.
