Concerned about the unexpected charge, I called to speak with the manager, Dave. When I asked the waiter about the gratuity, he explained that they get penalized for not charging it. I had helped Dave arrange tables and even cleaned up after our meal, stacking plates on the empty pans. Unfortunately, when I spoke with Dave, he was rather argumentative and disrespectful, even claiming that the children had made a significant mess — which was simply not true. Picking up a few baby snacks hardly constitutes a mess. Eventually, he assured me that he would process a refund once I informed him that it is legally required to disclose a 20% service charge. He mentioned this on the phone, yet I never received the refund he promised. Sadly, we have no intention of returning. If this business continues to treat customers poorly, it won’t last long. I feel sorry for the waitstaff who have to work under such a disrespectful and dishonest owner/manager. It's quite disappointing.

As someone with Celiac disease, I can honestly say they have the best gluten-free pizza I've ever tasted. I visited during lunchtime and appreciated their combo offering pizza, salad, and soda, which is a great option for those who eat gluten. Dave, who I assume is one of the managers and was running the whole place by himself today, was incredibly friendly. His warmth and willingness to engage in conversation made a big difference for me. Thank you for a fantastic experience! If I’m ever back in the area, I will certainly stop by again!

I hadn’t been here in two years, and it's clear that the quality has declined. The first pizza was burnt, and the breadsticks were also overcooked. We were informed that they were out of pizza sauce, so we couldn't order anything that needed it. Unbelievable!
