Wendy's - Waukegan

We had very hot food and the service was great! Much better service than what we received at the Zion Wendys. The cash register was fast and very nice with this Waukegan Wendy. Zion's crew wasn't friendly and was weird.

I was short this afternoon and fortunately the service was fast and the staff was nice. p.s. Jada was very consistent in her effort to help me with my order in the short time I had and the food still came fresh and warm!

Essa a very busy location, but they do their best to get you through the line pretty fast. Food and service is great would definitely recommend and return.

I wish I had my entrance to make an actual survey for these people. My family and I thought this Wendy's was a quick snack last night. The manager I think her name was Millie) was so polite and informed us that it will only be a minute before she could take our order, we told her that we should not take care of it. Here was BUSY! The lobby and the car were very busy. Millie and her staff 3 people short) were made work with a smile on her face. The best part was when I heard that Millie said: “We have the “ to her staff! Right there is managerial material!! Thanks Millie and staff!

It's a Wendy's. I don't go inside so I don't know if it's clean but their service has always been great.
