The manager/owner here is always courteous helpful. Fresh food, good deals, clean store, prompt service make for a positive dining experience here.

I absolutely love this place! I don't usually crave subway sandwiches, but when I do, I know exactly where to go. It was the perfect after-school meal during my school days; I always ordered the meatballs. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, which makes the experience even better!

I found hair on the lid of my soda. I ordered a veggie sandwich with extra tomatoes and cheese, but what I got was a sandwich with no cheese, just some tomatoes, a bit of lettuce, and four slices of jalapeños on a footlong roll. Unbelievable! They also refuse to answer their phone!

It's just your typical Subway, but I want to take a moment to thank Jose for his outstanding service. I've been a regular here for the past couple of years while working in Downtown Waukegan. Jose always greets me with a smile and engages in friendly conversation. He's really personable and kind, not to mention a fantastic sandwich maker. Thank you, Jose! Best wishes from your friend!
