The kids here were really nice, polite,professional and the sandwich she really met me was fabulous I would have made a photo, but it was too good to eat it too fast!! It wasn't so crowded and it was pretty fast, so I'm back! View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
horrible customer service. the driver comes to my place of business does not say anything. stands there for maybe 1 minute gets an attitude storms out talking loud . gets on the phone talking really loud while I have customers in my showroom. if the drive would of waiting till we got done helping customers. we could of helped her. she could of even announced herself and said she had delivery.instead of just standing...
