I called to place an order to go, asked what apps they have as its not listed anywhere she stated im busy I can't do that, in a rude manner then proceeds to set the phone down without saying anything to assume that im on hold never came back on the phone, and then decides to leave the phone off hook ....been trying to call back for 30 min now still off the hook! I'm reviewing waveland west because I've been here at least 2 dozen times and the food is always 10/10. I'm a hard foodie to please as I've been a banquet chef at a local prestigious country club and that I'm a vegetarian. This is the go to breakfast establishment on the west side of the metro.
