Service is generally quick and friendly and lines move briskly, making it a reliable spot for families and quick meals. However, recurring drive‑thru and takeaway mistakes, occasional underseasoned or improperly cooked items, extra charges for condiments and uneven staff interactions undermine an otherwise appealing experience — clearer signage and stricter order checks would make this go-to much more dependable.

For a Fast food restraunt it blows everying in waukee out of the water. Food never upsets my stomach, cus tard is Fantastic, service is quick prompt and polite. Don't be afraid of long lines it moves very quickly. There is a reason they CONSTANTLY have people and big lines! The foods great for fast food! I LOVE their fish chips, nothing like the coast but 1px better than other fast food! First time at this Culver's. Decided to try it as I was in the area and in need of a quick, but tasty option for lunch. The staff here was very friendly, my double butter burger with cheese curds was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. Might be my new favorite Culver's in the Des Moines metro. Service is SLOW. Have waited over 25 minutes in the drive through and still no food. Ridiculous! Stay away as it’s not fast food! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
