The Grove Grill - WATTLE GROVE

Terrible eating and service. in the arrival it took 10 minutes to send me to another counter to find our reservation (despite 3 employees at the bar, none served). our food came out at different times and we found the rib average. the mais was sting-cooled and the afteros seemed to have bolognese sauce on them. we asked that the mais be replaced, because he should not be cold and they just agreed to never be brought out. dessert was served with the last person job 20 minutes after each other and if he asked to take away the last dish as a result of the delay, the waitress became very sniffy and rude. to survive. there was a cockroach on the table.

If they don't drive to this place via welshpool road, they can't get a park! my navman brought me to the side street that was a sack-going. then, when I navigated the streets, I only landed in another sack-scene. so they save themselves this problem by just going along the welshpool road. there are no parking spaces at the front so they need to drive like a hotel guest through the drive to get parking. the parking lot is quite dark, so it is a little unpleasant for a safety-conscious woman who is alone. the place is a little renamed, but acceptable. the bar staff was beautiful, like the waitress. I didn't judge that myself. my salmon had a bone in it and the grain was heavily dirty. the Hoisin sauce did not fit the dish and was not enough to give the chalk any taste. the sweet was the best part of the meal, but not the trip for. would not recommend this place for a date.

First visit. I'll wait for an hour for our meals. four adult, the first two came out, one of the fish dishes was boiled. the next two dishes were another 15 minutes.

Had a meal in this restaurant for a family birthday dinner dinner, the booking was made by another family member who had not explained anything to me about the booking, restaurant would never have accepted the booking. we came to book, as recommended by the family,. member, was forced to sit outside in darker and cold with smoke in the air. I am asthmatic and other person is wheelchair connected with lung problems, after we sit outside in cold and smoked air, we both became very uncomfortable. it took 1 hour to submit order for food and then 1 hour later, until the participant arrived, never got anything we ordered and then tried to calculate for additional page that was not delivered, had to be removed in the cash register for this fee. the main meal came 5 minutes to escape and 1 escaped article came with main meal. the person in the wheelchair could not access the restaurant alone, because it was not in the position to get open door, as the lower and upper fall pens were closed and the second half of the door was closed, the access to be appeased. I tried to communicate with manager over facebook messengers to be blocked on messengers and blame us for everything, I didn't scream, don't swear or abuse them just trying to explain everything we have experienced. women who have worked there were fantastic, eating was nice, obviously, when they are so busy, they should cope with more personal on work demand. male person working on the bar was a bit inconspicuous and did not give all their hotel room bookings for them in the position to maintain demand. it needs to prepare garlic bread and keile. we will not return.

Inside was so loud and not accessible for a wheelchair. Outside was dark and close to playground with noisy kids.Food was nice, but took an hour to arrive. Entrees were 5 minuyes before main dishes. Menus are not clear as to entree and mains. Ordering...process is not explained when finally served by staff. Never going back again. Miss the old place before the change. Hate the sport bar add on.
