Was Patricia Michaud at Chilkoot Trail Authentic Sourdough Bakery a mag?
During our lunch stop on our Yukon tour, we enjoyed excellent homemade soups and delicious baked goods. The patio seating was lovely, especially with the good weather. The restaurant is a bit off the main road, making it less crowded compared to those right by the train tracks. View all feedback.
What Evelyn Stehr dislikes about Chilkoot Trail Authentic Sourdough Bakery:
This place is unique. We had soup with scones. Disappointed no sourdough bread. I wanted to buy a couple loaves. The waitress was kind enough to give me a slice to try. It was very good. View all feedback.

Carcross was a stop on our tour from Skagway. We were told that this bakery had good soup, so we decided to give it a try. It was very good! You can eat inside, or outside.
What I love most are the soups. Salmon chowder is absolutely a must have! Sandwichs are OK. Price is a little high, but the is the Yukon territory, everything is expensive.
We stopped here on our way to Emerald Lake. We had the salmon chowder, sandwich and enormous cinnamon roll. Everything was excellent and the people were very nice.
We stopped on our way back from Emerald Lake for lunch and ate out on the deck. The food was made to order, fresh, simple and delicious. We all had soups, sandwiches and cookies for dessert. Affordable, good food. The soups were the best!
We were looking forward to breakfast at another place in Carcross but found them to be closed, went here to grab some pastries or something and the nice lady ended up making us the most delicious egg and ham sandwiches on her wonderful sourdough bread. Breakfast was amazing and her willingness to accommodate us was amazing. Thank you so much!!
