The bathrooms do not have locks but the restaurant's food and service is good.

My family enjoyed ourselves. Brought back memories of high school days as well!
The food and service at this restaurant are excellent. They only accept cash, but there is an ATM inside. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
The food at this restaurant is great and reasonably priced. The lumpia's are especially delicious when paired with the spicy ketchup.
